Fournier forgeries of these stamps (obtained from Benoit Chandanson's website):
(Fournier forgery left, genuine stamp right)
For more information on these forgeries click here. Fournier forgeries exist in large numbers, they can be recognized by the often bad perforation (which usually doesn't match perfectly in the corners as it does in the genuine stamps), the colour is also different from the genuine stamps. Furthermore the following 3 characteristics can be observed:
Charcteristics 1), 2) and 3) (upper images: forgeries, lower
images, genuine)
1) The fingers of the hand in the upper central part are badly visible
2) The upper horizontal bar of the "F" and "E" of "FRANCAISE" are shorter in the Fournier forgeries. The "R" is also different.
3) The fingers of the hand in the upper left corner part are also badly visible.
The overprints were also forged by Fournier (on forged stamps):

I have seen a bogus overprint of 25 c on 1 c violet and red, the '25 c' in the center of the stamp, a bar on 'un centime' and red squares on the '1's in the lower left and right corner. This overprint is in red.
