Forgeries:

(Fournier forgeries)

Fournier forgeries with forged cancel "TAMATAVE 7 SEPT 96 MADAGASCAR"; Note the imperfect joining of the perforations in the corners. In the genuine stamps, the horizontal and vertical perforations always join up perfectly.

Fournier has made forgeries of these 'Tablet' stamps, for more information on these forgeries click here.

Some other more modern forgeries, also with the corner perforation not as in the genuine stamps.
