Some very rare provisional bisected stamps exist (1899) with overprint '1' (on one third of a 3 c stamp, leaves only in upper corners) and '2' (on two/thirds of a 3 c stamp). I have never seen even a picture of these stamps.
I know that the (provisional) surcharges have been forged, among them inverted surcharges by Andre Frodel.

2 c black and red
The perforation of this stamp is 12.
