These stamps, but imperforate, were used in the French colonies.

Printed very black, the "1" in the 1 F value is placed
too low and the "5" in the 5 F value is also placed too
low. The "C" of 'PERCEVOIR" is not broad enough.
The "S" of "FRANCS" in the 2 F and 5 F stamps
is placed too close to the ornaments on the right of it.
