Alexandria 'A' duplex cancel.
Cut from a postal stationary in the same design: 20 pa brown.
Some primitive kind of forgery of the 5 m value. Actually this
turns out to be a cut from a Belgian advertisement for sugar.
Probably some kind of advertisement label pretending to be a 1 Pi
stamp, it has printed perforation and a "LEVEE PARIS
S.H.M" cancel.
Some forged overprints made by Fournier,

More stamps in similar designs were issued in 1927.
