A line cancel "St.LOUIS" from Senegal.
Forged cancels "SAINT LOUIS 12 SEPT 92 SENEGAL",
"SENEGAL 2 SEPT 92 ST LOUIS", "ST LOUIS A DAKAR 4
JUIN 92 SENEGAL" and "DAKAR 11 JUIL 92 SENEGAL"
that can be found in the Fournier Album. The last 1 F is
definitively a forgery, the "R" of
"PERCEVOIR" is placed too far to the left, the
"1" is also placed too far to the left.
A 1 c black postage due forgery of the French Colonies with the
same forged "DAKAR 11 JUIL 92 SENEGAL" cancel. See
also: French colonies, postage due
stamps, primitive forgery type 2. Also a 5 c forgery with
forged "ST.LOUIS A DAKAR 4 JUIN 92 SENEGAL" cancel and
"SENEGAL 2 SEPT 92 ST LOUIS" that can be found in the
Fournier Album.
Fournier forged cancels, the Senegal forged cancels can be found
in the 5th row, 2nd, 3rd and 5th cancel.

Dubious stamp, the "0" is very round.
Forged overprint, in my opinion, the "0" is not narrow
enough; also exists inverted.
Forged overprint on a stamp cancelled in 1894 (the overprint was
only issued in 1903)

Stamps of the French Colonies with overprint "SENEGAL" are bogus issues:
It seems to have been produced by a postal worker.
Other bogus "SENEGAL" overprints, I've seen them with "LOUIS 10 OCT 89? SENEGAL" cancel, in which the date is usually not very clear:
Bogus "SENEGAL" overprint on stamps of the French
Colonies.
Bogus slanting "SENEGAL" overprints in black or red on
postage due stamps of the French Colonies.
