Forged overprints made by the forger Fournier (as found in the
Fournier Album).
The forger Fournier
has made forgeries of all types. In the Fournier Album the
following forged cancels can be found that he used on his
forgeries:
"ST LOUIS A DAKAR 4 JUIN 92 SENEGAL" in a wavy circle
"SENEGAL 2 SEPT 92 ST LOUIS"
"DAKAR 11 JUIL 92 SENEGAL"
"SAINT LOUIS 12 SEPT 92 SENEGAL"
Page of a Fournier Album with forged cancels.
Two stamps with the same cancel "RUFISQUE SENEGAL 24 AOUT
92"; coincidence or forgeries?
