Two philatelic forgeries with "NABHA STATE" printed on
them (even a misprint). Both the basic stamp and the overprint
are forged.
Looks like a forged overprint on a genuine stamp to me.

Stamps with red overprint were prepared, but not issued. The following values exist with red overprint: 1/2 a green, 2 a blue, 4 a green and 1 R grey (all with watermark 'Star, except the 4 a which has watermark 'Elephant head).
