All the above stamps with 'I.E.F.' exist with additional overprint 'G.R. POST MAFIA' for use in former German East Africa (on the island of Mafia). These are provisional stamps and are not very common.

Envelopes example:

 

The first airmail stamps in India were issued in 1929 (6 values from 2 a to 12 a), they have the image of an aeroplane and inscription 'AIR MAIL'.

In 1930 a new serie of postage stamps was issued with several views of India (6 values, ranging from 1/4 a to 1 R).
