Overprinted with 'S.O. 1920' these stamps were used in Eastern Silesia. A similar design with a labourer was issued for Upper Silesia.
Various stamps of this issue were handstamped with 'PORTO' to serve as postage due stamps, example:

Propaganda overprint 'Deutscher Wert gleich 140 Pfg Wahlt Deutsch!' (German value equal to 140 pfg, vote german!)

A forgery exist of the 2000000 M value. A detailed description of this forgery is given in 'Focus on forgeries' of V.E.Tyler. It often has the a Poznan cancel. This forgery can be distinguished by the tongue of the eagle: in the forgery it is short and not attached to the head, in the genuine the tongue is long. The head is badly formed in the forgery (the beak can hardly be distinguished). The feathers of the genuine seem to be closer to the head of the eagle in the genuine stamp. The '000000' looks less regular than in the genuine stamps. As a last difference we can mention the 'P' of 'POLSKA', in the forgery it touches the frame below, in the genuine stamp the 'P' doesn't touch the frame.
