1916 Stamps of Epirus further overprinted with an eagle

1919 Fiscal stamps of Austria 'FINANZVERWALTUNG ALBANIENS' overprinted 'POSTA Shkodres SHQYPNIS' or 'POSTAT SHQIPTARE'

With 'XVIMCMX' overprinted in red or blue

  25 q on 64 h blue (2 types, eagle different)

  1 F on 1.28 Kr yellow on blue

All stamps have a small eagle, but the 64 h also exists with a larger eagle (with no shadow on its body).

1914 Non issued stamps, head of prince William

These stamps were issued for the prince, who was supposed to become the king of Albania, but he left the country before this happened. (These stamps exist cancelled to order)

The above stamp has only been issued overprinted with a posthorn (1920) or with 'BESA' in a label (1921). It has never been officially issued without any overprint (but does exist, when the posthorn was not printed in, see example above). It also exists with a 'Q 1' overprint in a rectangle (on top of the 'BESA' overprint, 1922):
