A misprint: 'nO S S' instead of 'On S S'

I've also seen these stamps with overprint 'SERVICE' (issued after 1920).

In the above 'Foreign Bill' design I have seen the values: 4 a green, 8 a green, 1 R red, 1 1/2 R grey and 3 R red.
