A 60 c and a 1 F postage due stamp of the French Colonies used in
St.Pierre.

Similar postage due stamps of the French colonies with additional red "T P" overprint are postage stamps. This overprint is known to have been forged by Fournier. Fournier used the forged cancels "ST.PIERRE - MIQUELON 12 SEPT. 92" and "ILE AUX CHIENS 2 AOUT 92 ST. PIERRE ET MIQon. Misprints exist with "-Mon" instead of "M-on"
Two different forgeries, the stamps and overprint are forged. in
the first forgery the "1" is totally different from a
genuine stamp, the second "R" of "PERCEVOIR"
is placed too far to the left. The second forgery has the
"1" too far to the left.
And a forgery of the 2 F value.
Badly done forgeries with strange cancel. Note the cancel
"..ESTEMUN.." on some of these forgeries
("GEESTEMÜNDE 4 :3"?). Also a Tahiti stamp and Obock
stamps with the same cancel. In the 20 c there is a nick in the
upper frameline above the second "F" of
"CHIFFRE". In my opinion, in the 20 c the "A"
does not have an accent? The 2 F stamps have the upper left
internal portion missing. For more forgeries of this type click

stamps, forgery type 8 "Geestemunde"

Due to a lack of stamps of 30 c in 1926, an overprint was applied "GOUVERNEMENT P.P. 030 SAINT PIERRE MIQUELON ST PIERRE" on envelopes for France, example:
This overprint was used in end of April and begin Mai 1926. The date 30-6-26 seems quite late on the above piece. Similar envelopes with '0 05' instead of '0 30' exist. Also similar envelopes with only 'PP' in the center:
("PP" only, reduced size)
