The surcharges '5' and '10' exist in four types. The '50' surcharge exists in five types. A misprint '5 pf' on 15 p violet exist (this misprint has a 'dubious' origin):

Many forged 'Plebiscite' overprints exist made with the stolen overprint devices. In one of these forgeries, the '9' of '1921' is more open than in the genuine overprints.

I have seen fiscal stamps of Germany with the same overprint:

Railway stamp of the "PREUSZ HESS STAATSEISENBAHNEN"
with the same overprint; I've seen 5 p red, 10 p grey, 20 p
brown, 30 p green, 40 p orange, 50 p lilac, 60 p blue, 70 p
brown, 80 p orange, 90 p lightbrown, 1 M grey, 2 M green, 3 M
blue, 4 M brown, 5 M orange and 10 M olive.
Two certified genuine overprints.
In the Germania type exist with this overprint
the values: 2 p grey, 2 1/2 p grey, 3 p brown, 5 p green (red
overprint), 7 1/2 p orange, 10 p red, 15 p violet (red
overprint), 20 p blue (red overprint), 25 p orange and black on
yellow, 30 p orange and black, 35 p brown, 40 p red and black, 50
p violet and black, 60 p brown, 75 p green and black, 80 p red
and black on red.
In a larger design exist (Weimar issue): 10 p red, 15 p brown and
blue, 25 p green and red, 30 p violet and red.
In a very large design: 1 M red (head post office in Berlin) and
2 M blue (Germany's unity).

In the above 'Schleswiger Kreisbahn' design I have seen (all with overprint 'Expreßgut' and value and text in black): 10 p red, 20 p green and 30 p lilac.
