Similar stamps with inscription "REVENUE REVENUE" at both sides exist. I have seen the values 25 $ red and brown, 25 $ lilac and blue on blue, 100 $ lilac and blue and 100 $ grey and red on blue, example:

From 1900 to 1935 Perak didn't issue any stamps any more.

Cancels

The earliest cancels of Perak consist of an oval with parallel bars (by the way, this cancel was also used in Sungei Ujong):

This cancel exists in black, red and violet (violet was only used in Sungei Ujong).

Circular date stamps were used from 1882 onwards.

Two "TAIPING" and one "IPOH" cancel on tiger issues.

Cancels with "PAID" were also used in Perak, could this be one of them?:

Fiscal stamps

Example, fiscal stamp of Straits Settlements overprinted "PERAK":


1889: 3 c, 5 c (violet and black), 10 c, 15 c (violet), 10 c, 50 c (violet and black), $1, $2, $5 and $25 (green with black, blue, violet and green respectively)


1880 Judicial issue: 10 c, 25 c, 50 c (brown and violet also red and green in 1892) and $1, $2, $3, $5 (brown and green also red and black in 1892).


25 c postage stamp (tiger design) with overprint 'JUDICIAL' to be used as a fiscal stamp. Note the fiscal 'hole' cancel.


$5 postage stamp with overprint "Three Cents. Revenue only." (1900)

Fiscal stamps similar to postage stamps but now with inscription "REVENUE REVENUE" at both sides exist. I have seen the values 25 $ red and brown, 25 $ lilac and blue on blue, 100 $ lilac and blue and 100 $ grey and red on blue, example:
