(Stamp of the French colonies used in Cochin China and Hanoi)
This is a 5 F postage due forgery of the French Colonies made by Fournier taken from a Fournier Album of
Philatelic forgeries with "FAUX" overprint and a green
cancel "SAIGON CENTRAL COCHINCHINE 2E/24 OCT 92". Also
a forgery with a "HANOI 3E/27 FEVR 86 TONKIN" cancel.

Official stamps were only issued from 1933 onwards for a period of two years. Previously official mail was free of postage. The with 'SERVICE' overprinted stamps were used during this period. Early 1936 official letters could be send free of postage once again.

Some of these stamps exist with overprint "PECULE". I've seen the values 5 $ and 10 $ (the 10 $ with smaller "PÉCULE" overprint).

This stamp was issued in only a small number.

In this design exist: 1 c brown, 5 c orange, 10 c blue, 20 c violet, 25 c green, 50 c red, 80 c violet (all with black letters) and 1 Pi grey with red letters. A 25 c on 1 F green and black should also exist.
Dimension, issued in 1901 in the values 12 c blue, 24 c green and
36 c red.
Other type, with "ANNULE" overprint, I've also seen the
value 0$05 c (also in brown and with the "ANNULE"
overprint)
Other type, inscription "TIMBRE DE DIMENSION":
Both types exists in the values 12 c blue, 24 c green and 36 c
red.
"INDO CHINE DIMENSION" 24 c brown and 12 c grey. Stamps
in this design were first issued in 1909.
"1 cent GREFFE", "5 cents GREFFE" and
"50 cents GREFFE" fiscal overprints
This "GREFFE" overprint was applied in 1895: 1 c on 5 c green, 1 c on 30 c brown, 5 c on 4 c brown, 10 c on 10 c black, 50 c on 50 c red. Similar overprints exist on the stamps of the French colonies general 1881 issue: 1 c on 5 c green, 5 c on 25 c black, 10 c on 75 c red and 20 c on 1 F green:
