1916 Official Stamps, two lions and arms, inscription 'DIENSTMARKE'

The watermark on these stamps consists of 'Horizontal wavy lines', the perforation is 11 1/2. Specialists distinguish between greyish paper and white paper for the values 7 1/2 p, 15 p, 20 p and 1 M.
