I've seen some forgeries with an Austrian "K.K. ZEITUNGS EXPEDITION" cancel. Presumably all these forgeries were made by the same (unknown) forger.

"ZEITUNGSMARKE". Next to it an advertisment from Zechmeyer of Nurnberg (Germany) with an
image of the same forgery. Could all these forgeries have been
made by the stamp forger Zechmeyer?
