Pierre Vos was a Dutch stamp dealer who made forgeries of Dutch proofs in the 1920's. Some of them are described in Vervalsingen van Nederland by P.F.A. van de Loo. The ones described there are 5 c, 10 c and 20 c 1867 in various colors. Also from the 1 c of the 1869 issue.
On http://poststempels.nedacademievoorfilatelie.nl/images/PDF/01%20Grootrondstempels%20Inleiding.pdf (page 14) an image of a pair of partly imperforate 2 1/2 c stamps is shown with a forged "SGRAVENHAGE SEP 99 7-8" cancel which is attributed to Pierre Vos.
