The above stamps are known to have been forged. For more information see: http://home.no.net/bhb1/ro-f04e.htm. They seem to have been produced in Brussels (Belgium), the easiest way to recognize them is that the '-' is missing between the words "ROMANIA" and "POSTA".
Two forgeries with the "-" missing between the words
"ROMANIA" and "POSTA".

The above stamps have been forged! In the
forgeries there is a leaf missing left above the value
inscription. For more info see:
http://home.no.net/bhb1/ro-f06e.htm. These forgeries also
originated from Belgium. The letters "TI" are smaller
than the rest of the word "TIMBRU".
If my information is correct, a second type of forgeries exists,
with the open space of the "R" of "TIMBRU"
much smaller and other minor differences.

The above stamps have been forged! For more information see: http://home.no.net/bhb1/ro-f05e.htm. The hand behind the spinning wheel is directed upwards in the genuine stamps, in the forgeries it is slighty downwards. These forgeries also originate from Belgium.

After the Balkan War, Romania acquired Dobrogea, and this set of commemorative stamps was issued. They were banned by the Communists and were erased from Rumanian stamp catalogues until 1990.
