The printing plates of these stamps were acquired by private persons, who printed all kinds of 'errors' from it, such as inverted centers, missing centers and centers, also impression on the back.

Tacna and Arica

After the war between Peru and Chile, Chile took the provinces of Tacna and Arica. In 1929 it was decided that Chile kept Arica while Peru obtained Tacna. The following stamps were issued in Peru from 1925 to 1928 and have inscription 'PRO BLEBISCITO TACNA Y ARICA' or 'PRO TACNA Y ARICA':
