1941 Italian stamps (imperial issue), overprint "ISOLE JONIE"

I've seen many stamps on piece with this 'KETKYPA' cancel, all with the same date; cancelled to order?

I've seen fiscal stamps of Italy "MARCA DA BOLLO" with the same "ISOLE JONIE" overprint.

1941(?) Stamps of Greece, overprinted "OCCUPAZIONE MILITARE DI ZANTE 1-5-XIX"

  7 D brown (blue overprint)

  ......

1943 German occupation (1943), stamps of 1941, further overprinted with "ELLAS 2-X-43" (= Greece)

Apparently, these stamps were used on Zakynthos (Zante).
