A 'GUATEMALA' in a circle cancel as used by the UPU. I've seen several other values with this special cancel.

1894 Provisional issue, inscription "1894 Rpbca de Guata"

(Reduced size)

"violet star" cancellation
(Special cancellation or fiscal cancellation?)

  1 c red
  5 c lilac
  10 c yellow

These stamps are actually fiscal stamps.
