Forgeries with a "FRANCO" cancel

I've seen a number of forgeries of several countries, with a "FRANCO" cancel. I presume they were made by the same (unknown) forger:

Forgery!
A few badly done forgeries of the first issue of Romania and a few of a later issue with the head of the King and the numerals too large.

The same "FRANCO" cancel used on stamps from La Guaira

And a forgery from Finland.
