The 20 r was overprinted with a green "REPUBLICA" overprint, however a misprint exists, with red instead of green overprint:

Left misprint with red overprint, right green usual overprint

There exist 'misprints' in wrong colours of the non-overprinted stamps: 10 r black, 15 r green, 25 r black and 50 r red; however, these are all forgeries! Furthermore inverted and double overprinted "REPUBLICA" stamps are forgeries as well.

10 r with "REPUBLICA" and "ASSISTENCIA" overprints (both in red)

A 20 r red with green "REPUBLICA" overprint with additional horizontal "ASSISTENCIA" overprint, this is a charity stamp, which was issued in 1911.
