I've been told this Indian stamp with a diamond shaped overprint
with "S.S." in the center is a fiscal stamp for Straits
Settlements issued in 1863, I could not find any information
confirming this.
1874 Large sized stamps, "REVENUE" on top, "STAMP" below
The following values were issued: 3 c, 5 c, 10 c, 15 c, 20 c, 25 c, 30 c, 50 c, 60 c (all in lilac, value in black), $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $25 and $50 (all in blue, value in black).
1882 New smaller design
reduced sized image, with typical red cancel often found on
fiscal stamps of Straits Settlements, the red cancel indicates
the same value as the stamp together with the date 25 9 88 in
this case.
The following values exist:
A: With value in colour of the stamp (1882): 3
c, 5 c, 10 c, 15 c, 20 c, 25 c, 30 c, 50 c, 60 c (all in lilac),
$1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $25 and $50 (all in blue)
B: With value in other colour: 3 c lilac and
black , 5 c lilac and blue, 10 c lilac (two shades on one stamp),
20 c lilac and green, 50 c lilac and red, $1 green and red, $2
green and blue, $5 green and violet, $25 green and $100 green and
red.
These stamps were issued in 1871 in the values: 5 c, 6 c, 9 c, 12 c, 18 c, 20 c, 30 c, 36 c, 50 c, 60 c, 1 $, 1.50 $, 2 $, 3 $, 4.50 $, 6 $, 9 $ and 12 $ all in violet color with red value.

The following values were issued:
1869 brown with violet value: 10 c, 25 c, 50 c, 75 c, 1 $, 1.50
$, 2 $, 2.50 $, 3 $, 3.50 $, 4 $, 4.50 $, 5 $, 6 $, 6.50 $, 10 $,
15 $ and 25 $. Also 10 c on 2 c (1873).
1871 brown with blue value: 1 $, 1.50 $ (2 different stamps?), 2
$, 2.50 $, 3 $, 3.50 $, 4 $, 4.50 $, 5 $, 6 $, 6.50 $, 10 $, 15
$, 20 $, 25 $, 50 $ and 100 $.
1888 red with green value: 10 c, 25 c, 50 c,
1888 red with black value: 1 $, 2 $, 3 $, 5 $, 10 $ and 25 $.

Straits Settlements issued its own receipt stamps in two values: 3 c lilac (1875) or 3 c violet (1876).
Some postage stamps used as fiscal stamps, cancelled with a large
red seal with a crown in the center, the date is also indicated
in this seal '11-10-24' on the left and '7-6-21' on the right
hand side.
