Edoardo Spiotti was a stamp forger in the late 19th century from Genoa (Italy). He apparently worked very closely together with the stamp forger Oneglia. His best works were, according to 'Philatelic Forgers, thier Lives and Works' by V.E.Tyler, the forgeries of the Naples 1858 and 1860 issues.

Title page of the Oneglia catalogue from 1897-98. Next to it the 1897 Spiotti catalogue, which looks remarkably similar.

Gambia forgeries, probably made by Oneglia, but also sold by Spiotti and sometimes referred to as "Spiotti forgeries".

Edoardo Spiotti seems to have published a pricelist with forgeries: "Catalogue des imitations des timbres-postes d'Italie et anciens duchés ...: Leur valeur, couleur, date d'emission et prix de vente" in 1897. I have not seen this pricelist. It looks very similar to a pricelist with similar title by the forger Oneglia (issued in 1899): "Catalogue des Imitations des Timbres-Postes d'Italie et anciens duchés, Bresil, Cap de Bonne Esperance, Gambie, Iles Joniennes, Maurice, ecc ecc. Leur valeur, couleur, date d'emission et prix de vente ". This confirms that Spiotti was selling Oneglia's forgeries.
