I've seen postal stationery in this design (10 c red and blue).

I've seen fiscal stamps with "TIMBRE PROPORTIONNEL" and value overprinted: 20 c on 4 c blue and brown, 30 c on 4 c blue and brown, 35 c on 4 c blue and brown, 40 c on 4 c blue and brown.
Also "TIMBRE QUITTANCE" and value overprint: 50 c on 1 c olive and brown, 1 F on 1 c olive and brown.
