surcharge is genuine, the second one is forged; the forged
surcharge shows the straight serif to '1' instead of being

For the specialist: This stamp was issued with watermark 'CC crown' and was perforated 14. The 'Express Delivery Inland' exists in two types: Type I with 'Express' printed on the 'Express Delivery' stamps and type II with 'Express Delivery Inland' printed in a single overprint (in this type, the distance between 'Express' and 'Delivery' is 2 mm, see image above for examples).
