These overprints have been forged; here a forged inverted overprint (I've also seen the 1 M and 2 M overprints) and a forged double overprint:

I have seen the stamps 5 p brown, 10 p orange, 20 p green, 30 p blue and 40 p red of the Germania design with the same overprint. I do not know if those are forgeries or essays.
