A small part of French Guyana, Inini, issued stamps during its semi-indepence from 1930 to 1946. Cancels that can be found are 1) Port Inini 2) St.Elie, 3) Secteur Ouest (rare) and Secteur Centre (rare).

This stamp was issued in a minisheet with one imperforate 3 F red stamp, inscription above and below the stamp "EXPOSITION INTERNATIONALE ARTS ET TECHNIQUES 1937".
