Stamps with inscription "Visiermarke STADTRAT ZU MEISSEN", "Visirmarke RATH ZU MEISSEN" or "Rath zu Meissen" are fiscal stamps.
The stamps of Leipzig were also used in Merseburg, they also exist overprinted with a horse in a circle.

Some parcel stamps exist with inscription "EXPRESS PACKET VERKEHR M.GLADBACH". I've seen the values 5 p green, 10 p red, 20 p blue, 30 p lilac and 50 p black.

The stamps 2 p green and 3 p red of Kiel were also used in Munster. The stamps 2 p brown on green, 3 p blue on green and 10 p yellow on green of Dusseldorf were also used in Munster. All these stamps look alike, their usage in Munster can only be determined by the cancel ("COURIER MUNSTER").
Some stamps of Leipzig were used in Naumburg, they also exist overprinted with a fancy 'NC' (1893).

This stamp is one of the more common local issues of Germany. A postcard 1 1/2 p blue (eagle) exist.
