Looks like a forged overprint (slanting!), the letters are not exactly the same and the cancel is dubious (not a Cavalle cancel?).

Imperforate proofs(?) Note that there is also a broader overprint on the 5 c and 4 Pi values.

Cancels:

A typical cancel is "DEDEAGH TURQUIE" (note the dots at the outside), I'm not sure if the second stamp shown here is genuine or not.

Forged overprints exist. For example the forger Fournier is known to have made forged overprints of "Dedeagh":

4 Pi on 1 F stamp with different overprint, the accents are different. Most likely a forgery.

Another very dubious stamp.

Typical cancels, examples:

2 pi on 50 c red
Typical cancel "PORT LAGOS TURQUIE" with date in the center.

(reduced sizes)

The post office in Port Lagos was closed in 1898.

The forger Fournier made forged "Port-Lagos" overprints:

This stamp has a forged overprint, the cancel "ROUEN" can still be seen.

This looks like a forged "Port-Lagos" overprint to me.

VATHY

1893 Stamps of France overprinted "Vathy"

5 c green 20 Pi on 5 F lilac

  5 c green (overprint red)

2 Pi on 50 c R R
4 Pi on 1 F RR RR
8 Pi on 2 F RR RR
20 Pi on 5 F RR RR

I've seen a forged overprint:

The overprint is badly done on a genuine stamp of France. The french cancellation can still be read "Arcachon".

The forger Fournier also made forged "Vathy" overprints:
