With Queen Victoria:
(Cut from a wrapper, reduced view)
(I've also seen this postal stationery with overprint "ONE
PENNY" and a black bar on the old value)
Reduced size, some kind of cut from a fiscal document; 10 Pounds
blue. Inscription "STAMP ACT MDCCCLXIV". I've also seen
the value 6 Pounds blue.
The wrapper often appears with a wheel cancel.
With King Edward:
(Envelope, issued 1903)
In this design were issued 1 p brown, 3 p lilac, 6 p blue (2 types, small or large letters in 'SIX PENCE'), 9 p red, 12 p lilac, 3 Sh brown, 10 Sh green, 20 Sh green, 5 Pounds orange and 10 Pounds blue. The size varies according to the value.
In this design only a 1/2 p red stamp was issued.
Queen Victoria, inscription "THE STAMP ACT 1864" all slightly different design. The first stamps were issued in lilac in 1864: 1/2 p, 1 p, 3 p, 6 p, 9 p, 1 Sh, 1 Sh 6 p, 2 Sh, 2 Sh 6 p, 3 Sh, 4 Sh, 4 Sh 6 p, 5 Sh, 6 Sh, 7 Sh, 7 Sh 6 p, 9 Sh, 10 Sh, 12 Sh, 12 Sh 6 p, 15 Sh, 1 Pound, 1.5 Pound 1.10 Pound, 2 Pounds, 2.5 Pounds, 2.10 Pounds, 3 Pounds, 4 Pounds, 5 Pounds, 6 Pounds, 9 Pounds, 10 Pounds, 20 Pounds, 30 Pounds and 50 Pounds. Slightly different colors were issued in 1874 (violet: 1 to 3 p and Pound values; green: 1 Sh to 15 Sh). Again new colors were issued in 1879: 1 p green on yellow, 3 p red on yellow, 6 p brown on yellow, 1 Sh brown, 1 Sh 6 p blue, 2 Sh red, 2 Sh 6 p brown, 3 Sh red, 4 Sh yellow, 4 Sh 6 p green, 5 Sh violet, 6 Sh green, 7 Sh grey, 7 Sh 6 p lilac, 10 Sh violet, 12 Sh orange, 12 Sh 6 p grey, 15 Sh blue, 1 Pound black on yellow, 1 Pound violet on yellow, 1.5 Pound red on yellow, 2 Pound green on yellow, 4 Pounds brown on yellow, 5 Pounds red on green, 10 Pounds black on green. I've seen the values: 1 p green on yellow, 3 p orange on yellow, 6 p brown on yellow, 1 Sh lilac, 2 Sh red, 2 Sh 6 p yellow, 10 Sh lilac, 10 Sh violet and 50 Pounds violet. These stamps overprinted with 'G' were issued for Griqualand.
Other smaller fiscal stamp with image of Queen Victoria,
inscription "STAMP DUTY", issued in 1872 in the values
2 p lilac, 2 p green, 4 p lilac, 4 p red, 8 p lilac, 8 Sh green
and 8 Sh blue.
The above standing woman design was issued in 1898. The following values exist ranging from 1 p to 20 Pounds: 1 p lilac and red, 3 p lilac and orange, 6 p lilac and violet, 1 Sh lilac and blue, 2 Sh lilac and brown, 2 Sh 6 p lilac and red, 3 Sh lilac and green, 5 Sh lilac and black, 7 Sh 6 p lilac and olive, 10 Sh green and orange, 1 Pound green and brown, 2 Pounds green and olive, 4 Pounds green and black, 5 Pounds green, 20 Pounds green and red.
The above stamp with King Edward has the inscription "GOVERNMENT OF THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE REVENUE" was issued in 1903. The following values exist ranging from 1/2 p to 5 Pounds: 1/2 p green, 1 p lilac and red, 3 p lilac and orange, 6 p lilac and violet, 1 Sh lilac and blue, 2 Sh lilac and brown, 2 Sh 6 p lilac and red, 3 Sh lilac and green, 5 Sh lilac and black, 7 Sh 6 p lilac and olive, 10 Sh green and red, 1 Pound green and brown, 2 Pounds green and olive, 5 Pounds green.

Some postage stamps of 1903 exist with overprint "CIGARETTE DUTY" (two sizes on 1/2 p green and 1 p red) or 'CUSTOMS DUTY' (1 p red, 2 p brown, 6 p violet and 1 Sh brown).
Also a 1 p red postage stamp of 1903 with
"PATENT AND PROPRIETARY".
Larger stamps with inscription "PATENT AND PROPRIETARY"
exist (they were issued in 1909): 1 p violet and blue, 2 p violet
and red (re-issued in 1910 in slightly different design), 3 p
violet and orange, 4 p violet and yellow, 6 p violet and lilac, 1
Sh 6 p violet and blue. The Forbin catalogue also lists a 1 Sh
stamp (not issued?).
Larger stamp with 'PATENT AND PROPRIETARY' inscription.
In the above design I have seen 4 p, 6 p, 7 p and 9 p.
Other designs with green 'C R S' design in the background and inscription "CAPE RAILWAY SERVICE" or "CAPE RAILWAY SERVICES":

1909: "C.G.R. PARCELS STAMP"; I have seen 6 p green, 1
Sh blue, 2 Sh red, 5 Sh grey, 10 Sh brown, 20 Sh red (square
format).
